day-to-day operations. My support is flexible and adapts to how your business works.
Do I need to commit long-term?
No long-term contracts are required. Support is provided on a monthly retainer basis, with a minimum three-month
commitment to ensure quality onboarding and consistency.

Is my information kept confidential?
Absolutely. All client information is handled
confidentially and in line with GDPR. Discretion and professionalism are a priority in all work
undertaken.
How do your monthly packages work?
Each package includes a set number of support hours per month. These hours are used flexibly across agreed tasks and priorities. This ensures structured, reliable support without the
commitment of employing staff.
How quickly can we get started?
Once scope and availability are confirmed,
onboarding usually takes place within 5–10 working days.

Do unused hours roll over?
Unused hours do not roll over to the following month. This allows me to maintain availability and deliver consistent support to all clients.
What if I need more hours?
Additional hours can be added at £35 per hour,
subject to availability. Many clients scale their
support as their business grows.
